Love this area around the Harbour nice access to private beach and lovely views . Great comfy beds and overall nicely maintained apartment.
It didn’t bother me but just to flag there is a lot of construction going on but with the doors closed you don’t notice as much .

Amazing location very clean nice neighborhood to walk the dog with coffee shops and a nice place to eat the beach is amazing as well gym pool i have zero complaints
All was good there was a smal accident with a cabinet from the washing machine but they send a handyman to fix asap so all was resolved fast and communication is very good and fast

Чистота , новый ремонт . Удобный матрас , чистое постельное , мягкие полушки. Есть ютуб и нетфликс. Приветственный комплимент.
Ледяные полы . Мы были в феврале. Вид на строящийся билдинг , но шума от стройки не слышно . Так что это не является минусом.

Dubai Harbour / Emaar Beachfront is a great neighborhood. Having beach access on both side of the peninsula is great. I've stayed here before a couple of times and really enjoy this area. There are lots of new cafes on the beach promenade. Easy to catch a taxi or uber as they are outside the building 24/7. I have never seen hot showers on the beach changing rooms anywhere else before.
