Fantastic location, having an aircon and being ground level was very welcomed during the hot weather. Sofa beds were reasonably comfortable too.
A little noise on the weekend, but overall not a busy street so assume it would be far worse in other locations.

It’s near the restaurants and very accessible
It’s not good for group it has only one room but the description says it can cater 5-6 persons. There is only one dining table in the living room where we slept where the two sofa beds are located and no side tables where we could put some of our stuffs. It was not all cleaned up especially the cabinet for the condiments and some soaps in the bathroom that were use by the previous tenants
