L’emplacement, le calme.
Ascenseur minuscule et capricieux.
Équipement à améliorer (essuie tout, éponge, etc…).
Chauffage et isolation, insuffisant par temps froid.
Attention, si vous êtes grands..!!

Amazing location in 4 minutes walk from the train station right in the city centre.
Spacious living room with plenty of natural light.
The master bedroom has a very low ceiling because of the location on the last floor. You literally cannot stay there without risk to damage your head. And there is no any wardrobe at all in none of the bedrooms.
The apartments were quite dirty - I spotted a lot of hairs and dust in the corners and near the walls.
We were 4 people and we got only 2 tea bags and 2 coffees. When I asked more it was not satisfied. Although the kitchen is very well equipped to cook, there is no even salt and olive oil, which would be a nice touch.
