The Old Post Office House

The property is certainly quirky and its location in the centre of the village puts you at the heart of the community (the friendliness between the villagers was so refreshing to see!). The bedrooms were exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and sundries (milk, salt and pepper, oil etc). The lounge area was ideal to chill after long days of sight-seeing. The heating system worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Communication was excellent and there was a personalised note to greet us when we arrived. Parking was outside on the street, but we always found a place and it felt very safe to do so. The local shop has everything you could think of, and the local pub seemed popular and busy, although we never got to go there due to our schedule. It’s a beautiful area to visit and The Old Post Office is ideal as a base. Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to be back!

There was nothing we didn’t like, but there was a lot of farm traffic during the night (understandably so-it’s their busiest time).

Lovely stay in Dunning, fab wee appartnent overlooking the church in the heart if the village. Host very kindly dropped the keys off at our wedding venue to make the day hassle free for us, much appreciated.

Nothing negative to say.

Had everything we needed and was close to our relatives, and very clean .

The door to the property is very tricky to open and the short flush on the toilet , needs to be longer .
