راقي ومرتب. موقعه ممتاز. الدور الأرضي سهل الوصول. ممتاز لشخصين. أجهزة كثيرة جداً جداً جداً شيء رائع. غسالة ومايكرويف وآلة قهوة وآلة توست ووووو إلى آخره. حتى صحون حتى كاسات موجود. نظيف ورائحته طيبة. بتعيش شيء فخم مع جيران طيبين.

وجود عناكب وشبكات عناكب. كان يحتاج تنظيف مسبق. علب الشامبو كانت فارغة تحتاج لتعبئة. مكان السباحة فقط ضيق جداً للأسف لا يوجود تواصل واتساب أو غيرها، فقط من خلال التطبيق. وهذه نقطة غير جيدة في التواصل

The location is convenient as it's right on the main road, 20 mins drive to Les Gets/30 mins to Morzine for skiing. Much better value (at least booking last minute) than staying in Les Gets/Morzine during the peak season. Parking very easy. The size and space in the apartment is nice, more spacious than ski resort apartments. Heating was good so always warm even in the cold weather. Entry by lockbox was easy and convenient. There is some noise from the road but we expected that and had ear plugs with us so no problem there.

Cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom was dirty (see photos) and other areas were dusty. EUR75 cleaning fee is a joke, it is clearly not being cleaned between stays. We asked for a refund of at least part of the cleaning fee and were told no as we didn't raise the issue quickly enough (not wanting to waste time during out short holiday arguing over the issue). Other recent reviews also note the dirtiness (we saw that only after booking) so this was not a one-off problem with their cleaner. Pillows are awful, only one per person and they are so flat as to basically be just an empty pillow case, we slept with folded clothing underneath the pillow to add something! The bed has a plastic sheet on it, like you would put on a toddler's bed when they are not toilet trained, very loud rustle every time you move in your sleep.
