About this apartment rental
Superb duplex apartment of 55 m2, recently renovated in mountain style, accommodating 6 people in the residence of the Terrasses du Mont Blanc located at 1500 m altitude, near the resort of Le Praz de Lys.
Close to the ski slopes, the residence also allows access to a covered parking, reception, games room, swimming pool and tennis (in summer).

Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, ceramic hob. Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette / pierrade machine
Table up to 10 people with two extensions, a bench and 5 chairs.
Buffet style mountain.
Sofa bed trundle (bed 160x190)
Fireside chair, coffee table.
TV, free Wifi.
Separate toilet, with cleaning equipment.
Upstairs:
Sleeping area with bunk beds (70x190)
Bathroom with shower, washbasin double basins and wc. Heating towel.
Large bedroom with double bed (160x200), bedside tables and small desk.
Duvet and pillow for each bed.
Electric heating.
Numerous cupboards.
No smoking, No pets.
Covered parking, with entry controlled by a code.
Private ski room.
Access to the ski slopes by a path or possibility to take the shuttle (free) to get to the heart of the resort.
Direct access to the cross-country ski trails and marked trails for snowshoeing and hiking.

In summer: private outdoor pool (6x10 m approx) with security fence, tennis court, pétanque field.
Possible food races in the center of the resort (about 800 m, by road or road): grocery store, bakery, Savoyard specialties, cafes and restaurants.

The resort of Le Praz de Lys is located about 40 km from Geneva, close to other ski resorts such as Les Gets, and Morzine, Avoriaz. At an altitude of 1500 m, you can admire a magnificent panorama of the Mont Blanc range.
There are many activities:
Winter with cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and walking. Not forgetting tobogganing, and driving dog sleds.
In the summer, the hikes are multiple and for all levels. Biking is in the spotlight with the road to the Col de la Ramaz and its surroundings.
Many activities are organized by professionals in the resort; Horse riding, rafting, paragliding, and climbing ...

We stayed here in summer to take part in Étape du Tour 2023.
I have stayed in many other apartments in ski resorts and this one is a real gem. Set over 2 floors it provides a really comfortable amount of space. The apartment is finished to a high standard and has everything you would expect to find and more.
The communication with the owners was excellent. Lots of useful information was provided prior to us arriving. While we were there, the property to manager was on hand for check-in/out and anything else we needed.
