Location, security, and size.
Villa was not ready until 2 hrs after my family arrived. Also instead of cleaning pool twice in our 5 days , it would not be untoward to clean Villa once. Also lack of towels provided. Main lounge sofa was uncomfortable. Direct sunshine on pool very limited with nil on sunbed location.
