About this villa rental
This amazing self-catering three storey villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities in the heart of Rawai with local restaurants and shopping in the immediate area, the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.
Ideal for families, couples or large groups, enjoy evening meals on the roof terrace taking in the breath taking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The open plan living/dining area fully air-conditioned has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four bedrooms, three en suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share.
Further Nai Harn Activities: Snorkeling and diving trips go from Rawai beach, 5 minutes from the villa. One can also hire a speedboat and go around the many uninhabited islands just off the coast. There is horse riding 10 minutes from the villa. One can hire sea kayaks or boats on Nai Harn beach, sailing lessons are also available. There are several local spa's and health and beauty centers. There are ATV tours, elephant safari's and a snake show 10 minutes from the villa. On Nai Harn beach there is a monastery and about 20 minutes away is Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple. Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open until 6 am, these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons. Phuket has a number of high standard golf courses; the closest one to the villa is Phuket Country Club golf course which is 20 minutes away. Fishing expeditions run from Rawai beach.
Phuket zoo is about 15 minutes away and there is also great shopping 20 minutes away in Central, or for local markets Karon and Kata have a good range of stalls selling everything from fake clothes to watches, CDs, DVDs and tourist souvenirs. There is great surfing to be had on Nai Harn beach at the end of the dry season and in the rainy season.
There is a large Muay Thai camp 5 minutes from the villa which attracts many foreigners wanting to come and train with local boxers. 1 Day training sessions are offered. Please contact us for a wide range of photos of the villa, views and the surrounding beaches.
Refurbished in 2024: The villa has under gone some major refurbishments during summer of 2024 ready for the new high season. We have installed a new modern western kitchen, new bathrooms and floor tiling both inside and out.
The garden has been landscaped and the entire property inside and out has been redecorated.
New furniture have been purchased for both the garden and pool areas as well as the roof top terrace.
The 4th bedroom is a detached studio over the car port next to the pool, it has it's own access from the garden without disturbing the other guests in the villa. It is fully fitted out to the same high standard and in the same style as the main house.

We were meeting up with family so we needed a property that catered for 3 x adult couples and 2 x children under 5 and the property was perfect for us. The property is beginning to show its age and like the large majority of all property listings this isn't reflected in the photos. However it is a good size and we enjoyed our stay. Remember it isn't in Europe so don't expect it to be a fully Health and Safety compliant establishment but if you're experienced travellers you'll know what we mean. The pool was great and like the house and garden cleaned twice a week. There was a limit on the free electricity that wasn't explained in the listing but we had no issues and the allowance was plenty for us, however if you're aircon on 24/7 people be prepared to pay extra. We liked the location but you are well away from the main resorts but there are a few restaurants on the main road you can walk to (10 to 15 mins ish), we recommend the Kongharn, lovely Thai food at excellent prices, owners are lovely to. We had a hire car arranged by the Property Managers Ian and Kathy (who were extremely helpful throughout our 4 week stay) so Nai Harn was a 10 minute drive, Patong 35 and the longtails to Coral Island only 15.

Our extended family of eight stayed for a fortnight at the wonderfull villa Tamarind, and it was a great base for our fantastic holiday in Phuket. The rental included collection from the airport for our party, which was one less thing for us to worry about and was an example of the great service offered by Trevor the owner and his property managers Ian and Kathy.
Ian and Kathy could not do enough to help us during our stay, providing invaluable advice on car hire, local restaurants, bars (you must go to the Sunshine Bar in Rawai), places to visit, etc. We had a couple of minor teething problems when we arrived, and Ian and Kathy sorted them out without fuss.
A special mention to Benne, who is a fantastic cook who will come in and treat you to the best Thai meal you have ever tasted, in the villa itself. This service is exceptionally well-priced - we recommend the Thai prawn cakes and Satay.
The pool was a big hit for our family allowing us to cool off when sun-bathing. Sometimes photos exagerate the quality...not in this case. Everything was superb.
The villa location was close to beaches, bars and restaurants, but we would recommend hiring a car to get around the island. We would recomend this no matter where you stay in Phuket as there is much to see and do. Ian and Kathy will sort the car hire out for you, without fuss.
One of our favourite days was a trip up to Phang Nga bay where we hired a local Thai chap to take us out in his boat to James Bond island, and around the islands in the bay - unforgettable! Follow the first sign you see when you get onto the mainland, rather than the more commercial boats further round the coast.

really impressed with the villa so big lots of space to have your own peace ,great pool kept in top condition , gardens always maintained , no traffic sound as it is in the end of the soi .
