Everything was great! The apartment has amazing views, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was really easy and Gianni gave us very clear and helpful information. We had a very nice stay!
The only small downside was the mattress. It was quite soft and a little sunken in the middle, so it could be more comfortable. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Le lieu est tres calme est la vue sur l'ocean est magnifique.Il y a des escaliers partout et ainsi on peut rester en forme..
L"appartement est un peu loin du centre de Santa Cruz, mais il y a un bon service de bus et l'arret est devànt la porte.

El apartamento tiene buenas vistas y es luminoso, pero es bastante pequeño. El acceso se realiza por escaleras largas, estrechas y deterioradas, lo que puede resultar incómodo, especialmente con equipaje. El edificio en general presenta un estado de conservación pesimo y el aparcamiento en la zona es complicado. Recomendable solo para estancias cortas y personas con buena movilidad que prioricen la ubicación y las vistas.
Las escaleras de acceso largas, estrechas y deterioradas.
