Cosy get away apartment!

At the weekends it can get loud due to being close to the station, so bring ear buds to help you sleep :)

Toppen och smidigt, lätt att få kontakt med ägarna om det skulle vara nåt.

Väldigt fin mysig lägenhet, vi var 2 vuxna med 2 barn, passade oss perfekt. Det mesta fanns i lägenheten, kaffebryggare, filter, vattenkokare, handdukar m.m. Nära till allt då det är rätt centralt, kunde ta en promenad och köpa hem mat. Många bra resturanger i närheten.

Hård bäddsoffa att sova i, men andra kanske gillar det så 😊 Sängen var prefekt.

Dejligt - vi vil gerne bo der igen - hvis vi syntes vi kan undvære et TV.

Sengene var gode og dejlige at ligge i. Alt var pænt og rent og gode stole ved spisebordet. Køkkenet ret veludstyret og der var opvaskemiddel, viskestykke og karklud og skuresvamp klar til os. Sæbe på badeværelset og køkken - Godt. Dejligt at kunne forlade stedet uden at gøre andet end tørre bordene af m.v.

Vi savnede TV - og der var ikke oplyst kode til Wi-fi - hvis der var Wi-fi i lejligheden. Savnede også en brødrister - men brugte så ovnen i stedet for. Savnede også lige en bøtte salt - men der er nok ikke nogen af tidligere gæster der har ladet en stå. Vandhanen v. køkkenvasken sidder løs - skal skrues fast med specialværktøj der kan nå op bag køkkenvasken - nok en håndværker-ting.

Alles, was man braucht sehr schön und sauber

Sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, alles da, auch Klappcouch sehr bequem. Für vier (erwachsene) Personen nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Bad und Küchenzeile sehr schön. Sehr zweckmäßige Verdunklungsrollos. Sehr zentrale Lage. Der Bahnhof sehr ordentlich mit Einkaufsgelegenheit, auch für Kaffee und kleine Snacks

Rent og pænt. Der var det, der var beskrevet. Hurtig svar og reaktion fra udlejer, når noget ikke lige virkede

Virkelig bøvlet hver gang man skulle ud og ind med 2 x nøgleboks, hvor nøglerne skulle blive i (de sad fast). Forklaring var at der var mistet mange nøgler. Vi har tidligere formået at kunne passe på et sæt nøgler, så dette var i vores opfattelse en underlig tilgang.

Unschlagbare Lage

Die Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone ist super, auch der Bahnhof ist um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine und großer Kühlschrank-Gefrierkombi. Auch Kaffeemaschine mit Filterpapier und Wasserkocher sowie einige andere Dinge sind vorhanden. Parken kann man direkt vorm Haus, allerdings tagsüber nur für eine Stunde. Auf der Rückseite des Bahnhofs gibt es aber ausreichend Parkplätze, auf denen man zeitlich unbegrenzt und kostenlos parken kann. Anders als bei vielen anderen Wohnungen, die wir in Betracht gezogen hatten, hatte diese ein separates Schlafzimmer, was uns gut gefallen hat. Ein Hinweis: Die Wohnung hat keinen Fernseher, was uns egal war, aber eventuell der ein oder die andere erwartet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und am Wochenende ist es nachts lange laut auf der Straße gewesen. Das WLAN war relativ schwach, beim Streaming gab es immer mal Unterbrechungen. Unsere Vormieter hatten die Wohnung leider nicht sehr sauber hinterlassen, zum Beispiel waren die Bleche im Ofen komplett vollgekrümelt. Die Matratze hat auf Dauer nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen.

Nyere istandsat, centralt beliggende og hyggeligt indrettet lejlighed.

Virkelig fin lejlighed med alt, hvad man skal bruge. Sengen var super behagelig, sengetøjet med dyner og puder lækkert. Køkkenet havde alt man skulle bruge, opvasketabs, viskestykker, klude, salt og peber. Lejligheden er nyere, badet ligeledes med lækre håndklæder.

Det siger sig selv at for at få topscore på faciliteter, mangler der er TV med et par kanaler og mulighed for at streame egne kanaler. Der er fint plads til et TV på den tomme væg, så mon ikke der er på vej. Havde bøvl med at finde wifi, det lykkedes aldrig.

Lejligheden ligger lige ud til vejen fra stationen til by nattelivet. Hvilket gjorde at der er larm hele natten.
