About this house rental
3 bedroom pet friendly home in Fårvang
Spacious cottage with activity room in a picturesque area near Silkeborg. The house has a large living room with a sofa group and a dining area. The living room is in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There are 3 large bedrooms - 2 family rooms with double bed and 2 bunk beds and a master bedroom, where there is also plenty of room for a baby weekend bed. Nice large bathroom with whirlpool tub for 2, plus a guest toilet. The activity room invites many hours of fun. The large southwest terrace has a ramp where you can comfortably ride a stroller. In summer you have access to a large shared outdoor pool. The pool is open from mid-May until about the end of September. There is also a large, very nice and well-maintained playground that offers something for all ages, large sandbox with playhouse for the youngest and challenging climbing and balancing equipment for the older children and teenagers. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails.
You can fish in Gudenåen and you can also book a canoe for a trip on the river. There are several providers of canoes, so consult the internet. Silkeborg is only a short drive away. Aarhus is about 50 minutes by car from the cottage, there you can expect a rich selection of cultural experiences, restaurants from Michelin to affordable street food.
