Utopia Beach Villa

A spacious property for 3 families . The owner is a nice lady.

We didn't have a washing machine and always had to rely on the landlady, who lives in the same location, in the basement. The landlady was not available to help us with the laundry, especially since we were away most of the time. We ended up washing clothes by hand every two days. We didn’t use the dishwasher because it smelled awful, and we were afraid of getting sick from bacteria. The yard (especially the BBQ area) was full of ants, and we couldn’t really enjoy it. In one of the rooms, every morning we woke up with the bed full of ants. There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone in the group to shower in the evening — half of us had to shower with cold water. The general cleanliness was not noticeable, nor was the change of bed linens. The bathrooms need improvement. The air conditioning filters should be replaced.
