The elevator took always a long time and if you let the bathroom fan on to long it causes a bad smell

The metro entrance is just outside the hotel, modern rooms.
The basin area is on the corridor and very poorly lit, and makes it difficult for putting on make-up

Location. Just right above Chungmuro station. The room size is spacious.
The drain filter from the washer didn’t secure properly and detergent water leaked all over kitchen and main entrance area during night time. We needed to clean it by ourselves. After complaining to the management, they offered to clean up our room the next day. We got a shocked when came back at night , our room wasn’t locked. The bathroom was stinky not sure if it’s from the drainage.
