Bel Appartement Saint-Malo la Varde

It was lovely, airy, light and clean. The owner was TREMENDOUSLY helpful and kind!

The following was required: “We remind you that you must ensure the cleaning and tidying of the apartment. We kindly ask you to: • Defrost the fridge the day before your departure • Put away the clean and dry dishes in the cupboards provided for this purpose • Fold the bedding and place it in the bedroom • Fold the towels and place them in the shower tray • Clean and tidy the apartment, including the kitchen area It is possible for us to take care of cleaning your apartment; in that case, an additional fee of €100 will be requested. If your apartment is left in poor condition, we reserve the right to deduct an additional €100 automatically from your deposit.” Not that it was a problem, but it was hard and frantic with two boys and having had to leave the apartment at 06:20 am in the morning! I had to take a chunk from the day before just to do the cleaning, whereas it would’ve been lovely to just use the time to relax before returning to normal life. I feel the money paid for the stay and the additional tax of €52, which booking.com does not inform you about, should cover the cleaning after. Definitely not worth paying €100 for cleaning!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Feriensiedlung Domaine du Varde in Saint Malo. Die Wohnung ist etwa 40 qm groß und unterteilt in zwei Geschosse. Unten befindet sich der Eingang mit vollausgestatter Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich und eine kleine Toilette. In der oberen Etage zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Ferienanlage gibt es einen Swimmingpool, etwa 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est confortable, joliment décoré et très fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualité. Petites chambres mansardées à l'étage avec literie confortable. C'est très calme et la proximité des grandes plages est un plus.

Mini salle de bain mansardée à l'étage avec baignoire douche étroite et limitée en hauteur.

Très propre, bien situé et bien équipé. De l'espace pour les victuailles et les vétêments.

Des feneêtres à oscillo-battants auraient été un plus
