La Casa Di Tina by Professione Vacanze Otranto

To begin, the apartment complex is situated centrally to everything you could want to see/visit in Otranto. It's easy to walk to the castle (il centro), beaches, or sites outside of the city, and it's in the part of the complex that is quiet and away from the street. Location is perfect in my opinion! As for the apartment, it has everything one would need for a short or long stay. It's perfect for a couple or very small family. The balcony in back is great, especially in the evenings! There is a sofa bed, but I never opened it. The kitchen has all utensils needed and spacious. Bathroom and bedroom were clean and had all towels and bedding necessary. The bed is firm, my preference, but keep that in mind if you prefer softer beds. There are plenty of cabinets and places to store your things if you stay long term. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything the apartment has. Antonio, the person responsible for the apartment, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He helped me get the wifi installed and always responded to my questions when I had them. To end, this is a great apartment for a couple and for long term stays. It has everything you would want and it's centrally located. Antonio was very helpful and attentive. I will look for La Casa di Tina when I return to Otranto, 5-stars!!

Ottima posizione, a portata di mano un parcheggio con soli 5 euro giornalieri(2 euro a ora sulle strisce blu). Praticamente a piedi sei a 10 minuti dal centro. Condominio molto discreto e zona molto tranquilla.

L’emplacement le confort du logement avec la Clim une literie en parfait état, la superficie, la terrasse, le parking à proximité (5€ par jour) et la distance avec les restaurants, etc…

Rien, tout était parfait, nous y retournons.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso la Casa Tina, un grazioso bilocale al primo piano con balcone, e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. L’appartamento è situato in una posizione molto comoda, in via Pioppi, che permette di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro storico che le spiagge a piedi. Il bilocale è ben organizzato e ideale per due persone o una piccola famiglia. Il balcone è un vero punto di forza, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare o per gustare una colazione all’aperto. L’appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. La zona è tranquilla, ma comunque vicina a ristoranti, negozi e punti di interesse. Inoltre, il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire consigli utili per rendere la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Casa Tina è una soluzione perfetta per chi desidera vivere Otranto in piena comodità. Spero di tornare presto!
