Welcome Boreas XT Series Trailer – Manufactured and designed by Boreas Campers in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an off-grid expedition, off-road-style camper trailer. This 2023 Boreas XT is completely ready to get you where you want to be with the top-of-the-line Cruisemaster suspension, off-road tires, and up to 20 inches of ground clearance With 30 gallons of on-board water and the capacity for two 5-gallon jerry cans of extra water, a 100 watts of built-in solar power will keep your two lithium battery charged and sleeping for four with the roof-top FSR tent, this camper is ready for most adventures. The camper also comes with the ARB 4-wall room enclosure that attaches to the ARB awning to allow more sleeping options/sheltered space. On the passenger side, you will find a 23Zero shower enclosure with a hot water-on-demand shower. The rear galley kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, a (recent upgrade) two burner 20,000 BTU stove, and a 60-liter Truma 12v fridge/freezer. Bring all your gear and accessories with ample storage in the cabin, luggage rack, and kitchen cabinets. With a dry weight of 2250 pounds and electric brakes, it is easily towed by most vehicles. We will provide bedding and linen, cooking utensils and cutlery, basic cleaning supplies, two, 11-pound propane tanks, a full water tank, and a 30-minute walkthrough at the time of pick-up. Pets We believe camping is made infinitely better with dogs or cats and we would love to host your well-behaved furry friends, but you cannot have them in the trailer to prevent damage and for other guests who have pet allergies. Offroad Access Rules Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved, or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions or recklessness. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing. No Smoking/Drugs Policy No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages. Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.
