Great location. Easy to find. Comfortable beds.
Some dirty items left from previous guests. Noisy from seagulls and sweet revellers but you expect that due to location. Lack of amenities was disappointing as most air bnbs have tea coffee milk and towels, even though we did know in advance.

Cute little cottage, excellent location, 2 mins from train station. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. Well equipped with crockery and kitchen equipment. Although there wasn’t a coffee machine as advertised, but a cafetière.
We really liked the property, was surprised that there weren’t any towels, so had to go and buy a couple. ( but to be fair, towels were not listed in facilities, just something we expected)
