Luisa was welcoming , attentive and amazing. The house feel like a paradise with flowers everywhere and the house is very detailed in its design.

Luisa and Dionisio were the perfect hosts, from their communication ( before and during our stay), their kindness and thoughtfulness, the comforts of their home. We could not ask for better landlords or better home. We had been to Burgau, Tavira, Faro, Malaga and Biofuncho Garden was the best home we’ve stayed at. It was very welcoming and clean and comfortable. We had options of the garden, it had sports equipment available ( table tennis, badminton, hiking poles. The view of the mountains and the ocean was super. Luisa’s garden and the path going in was well taken cared of. Not that far from Funchal, we were even picked up there for our tours. Our rental car got messed up and we ended up taking the cab from the airport, we planned to go to the supermarket before we checked in, it was also late already like 8:30. When we arrived, Luisa and Dionisio offered to drive us to the nearest supermarket. This was above and beyond kindness. Bed was very comfortable. We always had a good night’s rest. They provided fresh bananas from their garden. Given the chance, we will definitely stay here again.

If you don’t mind taking the Uber or Bolt to and from the property, it’s very well worth it.
