What breakfast? The location was excellent. Within sight of Coligny Square, basically the center of South Beach. Could walk everywhere to restaurants, shops, entertainment, grocery, beach access.

There was no microwave, which is a pretty basic thing needed in a vacation apt. Few things needed fixing, a stove eye and a power strip making a lamp beside the sofa inoperable. There was also a missing handrail on the last stair up to the 3rd floor. Not safe.
