The property is renovated and has all the necessary appliances! It is very beautiful and practical! Also the host is amazing and very accommodating and helpful! Would highly recommend it!

The owner, Nikos, was terrific. Met us after hours when we arrived and was extremely hospitable. Gave us many recommendations for various things like groceries, bakeries, and restaurants in the area. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful quiet neighborhood that felt very safe to walk in, even late at night. Was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which worked just fine for us. Uber taxis were there typically in under 5 minutes when we needed to use a taxi. The apartment made for a wonderful quiet home base for our weeklong trip to Athens. Highly recommended.

The kitchen is somewhat sparse in cooking implements. We weren't going to be doing any big time cooking while we were there, so it didn't bother us in the slightest. However, if you are looking to do quite a bit of cooking, that could be an issue. I assume, however, if we would have needed something, Nikos would have gotten it to us quickly.

The host was very polite and helpful. The house is located in a friendly, green suburban area of Athens. The house was very well organized, fully equipped, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean, and the bed and linens were really comfortable. The apartment was also great for working, and a bonus was the nice balcony, perfect for day and night relaxation.
