I loved the room & space it was very comfy & the staff were amazing
Could have done with spa instructions as the water went everywhere trying to operate it! There was a smell of damp under bathroom cupboards obviously from the previous times water has gone everywhere from the spa.

Decoración moderna, la bañera de hidromasaje genial, desayuno buenísimo con productos de calidad. Ubicación excelente pues está muy cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila y buena. Diana, la chica de recepción encantadora, súper agradable y muy atenta. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo y 100% recomendable.
Que no hubiera colgadores para las toallas y que no me pusieran zapatillas con el albornoz.

Jó helyen van Palermóban ez a szállás, tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető a belváros. Szép, tiszta szobák voltak. Különösen tetszett a tükrös megoldás a mellékhelyiségek leválasztására. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, kérésre korábbi időpontban is kaptunk reggelit.
Sajnos a szállásadók és a személyzet nem beszélnek idegen nyelveket, így kicsit nehézkes volt a kommunikáció. Amíg ott voltunk sajnos egyszer sem jöttek "rendbe rakni" a szobánkat, de mint kiderült ezt jelezni kellett volna, amiről sajnos nem kaptunk tájékoztatást. Ettől függetlenül nagyon kedvesek voltak. A palermói helyi tömegközlekedés nem éppen a legjobb, hétvégén meg kiváltképp, de azért ki lehet bírni.
