Great location, cozy apartments, good connection to the city center, the grocery store downstairs, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The mattresses were dirty, lamp above the table was dusty, and the windows were covered with fingerprints.

Location. Good vibe. Good security.
Trash in cupboards throughout apartment. Window cannot be opened. Blinds in living are damage so strong sun comes inside and if someone sleeps on sofa-bed then it will be very bright without blinds. And other improvements can greatly enhance anyone stay.
