The quality of furnishings, comfortable beds quality of bedding, fully equipped kitchen and the extras provided by the owners. Potted indoor plants.
Bumping my head on entering the lounge (but it did have a warning notice on both sides of entry), the rug in the lounge that kept moving about over the top of the fitted carpet. Small moans I know.

The welcome pack was excellent
Only tiny suggestion is eating in the kitchen in the evening the lighting is super bright. A dimmer switch would make it less harsh. But that is being super picky we loved the whole experience
