Binario104

I stayed at Binario104 for 4 nights and I bound to say that it really is a good option to choose. The property consists in a 1 bedroom studio, with separate kitchen and bathroom, located at the ground floor, with direct access from the street. The host, Maria (whom I didn't have the chance to meet in person) was very attentive and nice, she arranged my checkin promptly by sending a relative with the key, as she was out of town at the moment. Also, every day she asked me if I needed anything and if everything was all right. The apartment is located quite well in the matrix of Neaples, close to the central railway station from where you can go virtually everywhere using public transport. The bus from the airport stops there, so in a few of minutes I reached my lodging when arrived. Everything was clean and functional, the big bed was comfy and pleasant. I got some kind of breakfast for my stay (that was bottled water, UHT milk and commercially packed sweet pastry). A coffee machine with coffee pads was ready to be used in the kitchen. As a central european, this kind of breakfast was something that made me smile, but it tried to replicate a typical italian one as well as it could, so I appreciated the gesture. Before booking this apartment, I read about the supposedly quirky shower, but in reality it works well, with some patience: to get a steady temperature of hot water flow, just turn on the water, with the showerhead facing the wall or downwards and let the shower run for about 10-15 seconds on a middle setting without turning the tap toward hot and cold during this short time. The instant water heater will do its job and after the transient period of a few seconds (in which it will overshoot to quickly reach the setting) it will stabilize and then you can finely adjust hotter or colder, as you please. I can only recommend this place!

There is nothing I didn't like here. As a quick observation: a rag for shoe cleaning would be useful to have handy. Oh, and a double peg in the bathroom (maybe on the door) for hanging one's underwear would be a charm.

La posizione è comodissima di fianco la stazione centrale e vicina a qualsiasi servizio (supermercato, metro, ristoranti, ecc..). La struttura è accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile e gentile. Sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta per i prossimi soggiorni a Napoli. Consigliato!!

Good amount of space inside, clean tidy, good aircon. Friendly hosts with good communication. Great supply of coffee.

Kitchen bench is a little small for preparation.

Very clean, renovated apartment near the central railway station, yet safe and surprisingly peaceful at night. Reasonable price. Good communication with the host. Early check-in possibility was very helpful.

Breakfast included means that there are some packed products of very basic quality in the fridge and the cupboard. Also there were not quite enough of them for five days. I asked for more but did not get. In that respect I am slightly disappointed, otherwise I was very satisfied.
