النوافذ الواسعة، قريب من المدينة، المواقف السفلية والبوابة الخاصة لها.
وجود بطاقة واحدة للدخول والكهرباء، وسائد صغيرة وغير مريحة، عدم وجود بطانيات اضافية، أحد ابواب الخزانة مغلق وعدم وجود تجوري للأغراض الثمينة، لا يوجد شطاف ماء، وماء المرحاض على النظام التركي بدفع ماء منخفض، وبعد ذلك تعطل بشكل كامل، المغسلة بها تسريب ماء سابق وتم اصلاحها بغراء يشوه دورة المياة، ماكينة القهوة تحتاج للصيانة لا تخرج الماء الا بعد الضغط على مخزن الماء فيها، والماء الساخن في الشاور ينفذ بسرعة.
