In the heart of Casablanca at B Living – Ferme Bretonne, this bright studio on the 4th floor offers a quiet and convenient setting. Bathed in sunlight, it opens onto a private terrace with an unobstructed view, perfect for relaxing. Functional interior: comfortable sleeping area, fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom. Central location: shops, public transportation, and restaurants nearby. Ideal for professionals, couples, or solo travelers seeking a peaceful urban retreat with a view of the Casablanca rooftops
Respect for the neighborhood: please be considerate in common areas and keep noise to a minimum in the apartment, especially after 10 p.m. No parties or loud gatherings.
Overnight guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.
Moroccan couples: In accordance with Moroccan law, unmarried Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate before or at the time of check-in. Without this certificate, the reservation may be canceled.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign the agreement sent after booking. The stay is confirmed subject to the signing of this agreement.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
Cleanliness: Please leave the accommodation in good condition (dishes rinsed, trash disposed of if possible, no damage).
Respect for furnishings: Take care of the furniture, appliances, and equipment as if you were at home.
Check-in / Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed-upon times as much as possible. Let me know if you’ll be running late.
Security: Always lock the apartment door and the building entrance securely, and turn off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when you leave.
