Very nice view. Unit was basic, but as described.
Needed minor maintenance. We didn't have as much trouble with elevators as others have reported, but there was a short wait occasionally at busy times.

This unit gives you the space as it has 3 bedrooms. Also, owner sounds like a nice person.
Not clean. Was trying to close one eye when I found fake eyelashes all over the apartment. Literally on the curtains, mirror and floor. But only on my last day, I found a dead cockroach ,big one, under the living room sofa ! Which mean, their team didn't clean the house thoroughly. I also found sharp pin on the floor,Not to forget ants colony near the sink .
