Beautiful apartment with sea view

I had a great stay at Flisvos beach studios! Very close to the beach with sea view, but still quiet and super clean. Katerina and Eva are very helpful with everything you need. Good wifi also in case you have to work ;). Highly recommended!

We had our own patio and just steps off the beach.

The shower was a cave, there was water everywhere, it was a tad dark.

We’d definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a clean, well located and serviced beach side apartment, then these are superb. Located only 200m from the centre of town, and meters from the beach and restaurants, we loved our stay here, because on down time we didn’t have crowds, and when we wanted to, we would walk along the beach to town. The apartments have an outdoor table and chairs for your own apartment, ( not shared ) and provide that privacy when required. They’re clean, have a small kitchen to service your needs, at night all you hear is the waves of the beach. To add a magnificent sunset location as well. Thank you to Katerina and her staff.

Right on the beach. Lots of bars/restaurants around. Close to the centre. Far away to have a peaceful stay

The accommodation it's located in a windy part of the beach. If it's a windy day you cannot stay on the beach. You have to migrate in the opposite part of the beach where it's much protected

Everything you need in a perfect location

Perfect location for me - 15-20 min walk to the main part of the old town, very quiet area and already by the beach with a beach club and a restaurant.

Lovely relaxing studio, perfect for a holiday in Naxos.

What was not to like. The studio was right on the beach with sand nearly outside the door. Quiet at night although still close enough to walk to town for dinner. We loved our stay. It was the most relaxing holiday. Katerina was so helpful. We rented a car to visit the villages for lunch all organised by Katerina. Her recommendations were spot on.

Overall, an awesome stay with great hospitality and location

A beautiful little beach accommodation in a great location just steps from the beach and an easy 10-minute walk into the old town. Katerina, our host, was fantastic very helpful and welcoming. She met us on arrival with plenty of local tips and always responded to messages promptly. The bed was comfortable, we loved the outdoor area, and it was a lovely touch when Katerina left us a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday

We stayed here with friends; our room was smaller and pricier than theirs next door

The location is fantastic on one of the best beaches in Naxos and next to lovely tavernas close by. The welcome from Katerina was so nice and she and the housekeeper are lovely people. You can cook in easily and there is a very good supermarket with everything you need just a few minutes away. The property is tastefully decorated and modern in feel and you simply walk out onto the beach and play backgammon while enjoying the memorable sun setting into the sea while sipping an ouzo!

Cosy Beach Studios - Feet in the Sand

The Studios are right at the beach - South part of Agios Georgios - very clean, well equipped and a great support of the owner Katarina. For a peaceful stay " feet in the sand" within walking distance of the Old Town, this is the place to be !

Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile

Questo appartamento ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa, garantendoci una vacanza a 5 stelle. La sua posizione è perfetta: il centro città raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sulla passerella lungo la spiaggia ma al contempo alla giusta distanza per assicurare tranquillità e relax. Il mare è letteralmente a pochi secondi e puoi vivere ogni giornata sulla spiaggia. L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto e si vede la cura in ogni dettaglio. La cucina è sufficientemente attrezzata , il bagno è funzionale e completo, la camera confortevole, l'esterno è vivibile ed ha aggiunto valore al nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia e cura giornaliera che hanno mantenuto l'ambiente sempre impeccabile. Infine, non possiamo non menzionare l'host Katerina, gentilissima, sempre disponibile e sorridente! Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi una vacanza perfetta, all'insegna del comfort e della comodità.

Super cool

L’emplacement est vraiment top. Sur la plage avec un accès direct. Le studio est bien équipé et confortable. Belle décoration. À 10 min à pied du centre ville en longeant une belle balade en bord de mer. Plage de sable fin en accès direct. Très bien reçue par Katerina, merci beaucoup. Et aussi un grand merci à la femme de chambre, qui est vraiment adorable et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Naxos est une île magnifique.
