De woning ligt in een rustige omgeving. Je kunt altijd in de zon of schaduw zitten op de verschillende terrasjes of balkon. Er is een mooie tuin. Het was iets te koud voor het zwembad, dus die was nog niet in gebruik. De woning is heel groot. De keuken was goed uitgerust.
Woonkamer was iets kil ingericht. Weinig stoffering. Veel steen en marmer. Maar waarschijnlijk was dit om de warmte buiten te houden. We zaten aan het begin van het seizoen en waren blij met de zon. Een bank was echt door gezakt. Andere en stoel waren goed. Buitenmeubelen zijn simpel.
