Great location very clean and tidy everything you need to make your stay pleasant, the resonance from the staff was very good, we required new towels & bed linen fir our second week, send a message in the morning and they where delivered that afternoon so thank you for your quick response 👍

Location of the keys ! The lock box was round the corner nowhere near the front door ! There was no keys to exit the pool area, once you were in the pool area the door locked and you couldn’t re enter the building ?

The location is good, staff is polite and quickly available once I have sent them messages.

We stayed here as a family of three for 3 nights, and the basic supplies were completely disappointing. For our entire stay, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 tiny, single-use packets of shower gel. The unit features a washing machine and a dishwasher, but absolutely zero laundry pods or dishwasher tablets were provided. There were no extra bin bags either; we were left with just one tiny bin in the bathroom and another in the kitchen Worse still, there was no proper duvet or blanket but only a thin bed sheet to cover ourselves at night. Some obvious signs of wear and tear or even damages found in the fridge, the rubbish bins and the dishwasher etc. The only thing I am impressed with is the responsiveness of the staff. For a 3-night stay at this price level, I expected more but it seems that I was wrong.
