Great location. Nice and spacious park right next door breakfast 50steps away fats cats for swimming pool it’s a pub with a swimming pool

Check this out I’ve lived in Portugal for 5 years and been going there for 20 years and they charge you €30 for checking in late after 9pm in 20 years I’ve never heard anything like that and my friends which is a lot over there and friends that rent apartments out I’ve used homing.com before,they want €200 deposit but they waived that and I arrived after 12am and no €30 fine ? They don’t want to put a key lock on the wall because cheap flights with Ryanair are normally at night. It was on the third floor and I have a disability I told them but still put on third floor.

De locatie is super op loopafstand van het oude centrum. In deze periode ook lekker rustig in de omgeving, maar mogelijk in de zomermaanden wel druk i.v.m. de omliggende hotels

alle berichten van de service Central 8 bij Homing is wel erg veel. Ik kan mij goed voorstellen dat ouderen hier niet uitkomen. Op de apps reageren ze zeer snel, wat prettig is.

Dzīvoklis bija plašs, saulains, tīrs un mājīgs. Patika, ka bija labi aprīkots- daudz dažādi trauki, elektropreces- plīts, cepeškrāsns, ledusskapis, veļasmašīna tosteris, kafijas automāts, tējkanna, gludeklis, arī kondicionieris- ar apsildi.

Nepatika ūdens krāni- grūti noregulēt ūdens plūsmu, aizgriezt. Dīvaina siltā ūdens plūsma. Novecojusi virtuves iekārta un iebūvējamie skapi. Ārdurvis reizēm grūti atslēgt.

- the apartment is spacious. - it was clean - great balconies - easy parking on the street - very comfy bed in the main bedroom - coffee machine

- photos are MUCH better than the reality - hot water impossible to regulate (it helps to turn on the hot water in the kitchen while taking a shower. It makes it a bit easier to control) - no shower curtain (apparently it collapsed 1 month before) - bad smell form the bathroom drains - very poor small bedroom. - old kitchen equipment, a random mix of mismatched dishes, not even 3 proper wine glasses We were told by the agency that sb would be waiting for us at the apartment with the key so we had to arrive on time. When we arrived nobody was there. After calling the agency we were informed the key was actually in the locker. Unnecessary pressure from the agency.
