the setting
no response on shovel needed snow didn't leave until after 2pm husband had major back surgery and couldn't go out the 2nd day and if we would have checked in at 4 we would have not been able to use the outside either as we barely made it there due to pass closures. Then called and no response back re shovel----then was upfront about 2 sm dogs and got hounded by agency to pay for my dogs after we were aleady there and another demand call enroute home and now nothing in email regarding dogs and all i get is this questionaire???? wondering if it was a scam?????? rude
