Good communication, lovely recommendations, clean and very comfortable apartment, good proximity to places in the city centre, good sized bathroom, kitchen and living space for two people, plenty of storage space and hooks etc. was very comfortable and happy.
Quite a few homeless people hang out near by so the exact spot/area isn’t the best, but we had no issues with this and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. It felt like quite a cost for what it is but that was the going rate in Seville for that period of time (with a significant football match on followed by Feria de Sevilla) so might be more reasonable at other times of the year.

Me gustó la comodidad de la cama y el salón. La distancia al centro eran unos 20 minutos que no se hacían largos.
El mantenimiento de la casa era muy flojo, había muchas cosas en malas condiciones como el pomo del grifo de la cocina, el agarradero de la escobilla del water, luces del techo sueltas en la habitación, el calefactor o aire de pared del baño está totalmente deteriorado, enchufes en el armario del baño que se caen, en fin una pena que siendo tan cuco no lo estén conservando bien con la solución tan fácil que tiene.
También nos encontramos alguna cucaracha, para mí lo peor.

Convenient location, close by supermarket, nice host.
Not very well cleaned. For the price point apartment had quite a few small issues, such dishwasher wouldn’t fully open (?broken), kitchen tap broken, lights fixtures coming out the ceiling. Very noisy at night.
