Lo bien cuidado, el espacio, la distribución, la tranquilidad, El que te ofrezcan aparcamiento gratuito para los que llevamos coche. La buena comunicación con los propietarios. El aire acondicionado funciona genial. La decoración agradable.
Subir escaleras a un segundo piso, que casi es un tercero. Pero ya vienes avisado. El que no tenga TV en el dormitorio.
