Lovely decoration and comfy beds.

The oven didn't work sadly otherwise would have been exceptional ratings.

Beds fab, facilities great very well prepared ty for the biscuits x everything we needed was to hand snd the garden just gorgeous x

Tastefully decorated, comfortable, light and airy house, with garden access via double doors from the lounge as well as the kitchen. Downstairs toilet was also handy. The garden was lovely to sit in with breakfast or a glass of wine before going out.

The bathroom was a bit basic and obviously hadn’t yet been updated to match the rest of the house.

After previously staying in a hotel further out of margate we decided to stay in town for the margate soul weekend and had booked an apartment which unfortunately had been cancelled and at the later stage there was only more expensive places to book. This seemed to be in a good location for walking to all the venues and no cabs or buses needed. The house is exactly as it looks online and is very stylish and has a quirky decor, the furniture suits the decor too. It was lovely sitting out in the garden with a morning coffee with the tropical plants and flowers. Inside the kitchen is well equipped with the basics all supplied, tea coffee etc. basic cupboard essentials are also available, salt pepper, condiments, plenty of plates cups and glasses too. Bedding was plain and comfortable with towels supplied. Would recommend for families or groups of friends. We are a group of friends in our early 60’s, fit and dont mind walking. We walked from the station end to the lido area, past the turner gallery

The approach to the property is above the street level which does need some attention but this isnt down to the property owner, more the council so if you staying here with a pushchair it would be a bit of a job getting up the uneven slope or steps.
