There is not a sign leading us to the hotel. The gps takes you only to a curve but The crew sends you a video showing on how to get there, which i did not bother watching it before driving.

Las instalaciones del hotel en general son bonitas y el personal es muy amable y atento

A pesar de que el hotel estaba casi desocupado, me dieron una habitación muy pequeña y lo peor es que el baño no tenía puerta ni privacidad. No salió agua caliente de la regadera aunque esperé. El precio de los alimentos es muy elevado para la calidad.

Hotel nada recomendable

Nada, precio excesivo por pésimas instalaciones en todos los aspectos.

Pésimo en ubicación señalamientos, mucho bache para llegar al Hotel, sin señalamientos de que es Hotel, nada recomendable para personas de la 3a edad, niños o discapacitados, escaleras muy pronunciadas es como un cerro, habitación muy pequeña 4 x 3 metros, arriba un tapando, regaderas en pésimas condiciones, no hay agua y si hay es muy caliente o fría, sin jabón o shampoo, toallas percudidas, no hacen limpieza del cuarto si te quedas varios dias, no te ponen agua para beber. Hay otros cuartos mas amplios con humedad en techos y paredes, no ponen lo indicado arriba ni papel del baño. Pague 2450 pesos por noche por persona, de 2 personas no cobraron el desayuno y por la 3er persona cobraron 250 pesos (cuando me habían dicho que la cantidad pagada incluía desayuno para todos) el desayuno solo era poco huevo o chilaquiles con poco frijol, siendo que 250 pesos es el costo casi de un bufete. Si llegas tarde al Hotel ya después de hospedado tienes que avisarles para que te abran la reja, según te dan un número telefónico que nunca contestan, entonces cuando llegues al Hotel tocas un timbre para que te abran porque no sirve el interfon corriendo de quedarte afuera y tienes que esperar hasta que te abran.

La habitación es perfecta si lo que buscas es poner a prueba tu elasticidad, tu paciencia y humor

El hotel en general tiene encantos que equilibran la balanza. Las vistas al lago son muy disfrutables, sobre todo desde el restaurante (aunque sus horarios de servicio son bastante limitados). El personal es amable y discreto, pero la estrella del lugar es Trueno, el perrito guardián que transmite calma absoluta, acompañado por las cabras y gallinas que se portan de maravilla. El entorno es tranquilo, transmite seguridad y cuenta con áreas de diseño agradable y actualizado, aunque otras partes piden a gritos mantenimiento. Eso sí, no es el sitio más cómodo para personas con problemas de rodillas o movilidad: hay muchas escaleras y varios desniveles que lo convierten en un mini circuito de resistencia.

La habitación resultó ser una verdadera experiencia… El espacio era tan reducido que básicamente se trataba de una litera y un pasillo en forma de “L”. Para subir a la cama de arriba se necesitaba condición física, agilidad y quizá un poco de fe, porque la estructura se movía peligrosamente a partir del segundo escalón. Spoiler: no lo logramos, y al final el recepcionista tuvo que venir con un taladro a reforzarla. En cuanto a la privacidad, recomiendo reservar solo si viajas con alguien de muchísima confianza (o con alguien dispuesto a fingir demencia). La puerta del baño no cerraba por completo y dejaba un hueco suficiente como para arruinar cualquier intento de discreción. Además, la ventilación al pasillo perdió su película esmerilada, así que existe la posibilidad de haber ofrecido un espectáculo involuntario. Por si fuera poco, un “muro” entero de la habitación resultó ser un gran ventanal con persianas, pero que daba directamente al pasillo de la sala común. Ideal si disfrutas sentirte en un reality show, pero no tanto si eres nervioso o pudoroso.

Las instalaciones y no había agua en la habitación… había polvo, no hay aire acondicionado y está maltratado el lugar, la cama no es nada cómoda, no había suficientes toallas y por el precio no es lo que esperábamos, las llaves del agua viejas y sin mantenimiento.
