Excellent location, close to the lively Navigli area of Milan. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were generally quick to respond to messages. The hosts were also somewhat accommodating of my request for an early check-in.

I suggest that the check-in instructions for this property be revised. The instructions are extremely long, and contain several large pictures and videos, requiring extensive scrolling when viewed on a mobile phone. The instructions included statements like "enter the code" without saying what the code was, requiring very careful reading and scrolling to different parts of the webpage to find it. Entering the apartment from the street requires entering three separate codes and making two separate telephone calls. Due to poor wording of the instructions, I initially spent over 20 minutes trying to get into the apartment by entering the final door code. The instructions indicated that the "unlock" button on the apartment keypad should be held for a few seconds. I repeatedly entered the correct code, held the unlock button, and the keypad beeped and the light lit up, but the door would not open. It was only by accident that I discovered that the unlock button should only be pressed quickly and not held. Counterintuitively, holding the unlock button, even after entering the unlock code, would cause the door to lock (or stay locked). I found this very confusing and poorly explained. Finally, the directions contained no information about how to leave the final door of the complex to get out to the street. The door locked automatically, but there was no button, switch, or other mechanism on the door to unlock it. I was locked in the courtyard for over 10 minutes the first time I tried to leave. Finally, another resident of the complex showed me that several meters away from the door, there was a small switch on the wall that unlocked the mechanism. Again, I found this to be very confusing.

Posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo ai navigli ed ai numerosi ristoranti etc… muoversi da qui risulta molto facile perché la zona è molto ben collegata ed anche piacevole. La casa è piccola, praticamente una stanza ed un bagno, ma devo dire confortevole sia nello stile moderno che negli elettrodomestici nuovi. La struttura è assolutamente nuova.

Sfortunatamente il condizionatore non funzionava, però c’era uno scaldino che ho usato per riscaldare (ovviamente meno pratico). Se volete stare più giorni ricordate che se aprite il letto poi lo spazio diminuisce, ma io non ero quasi mai in casa quindi lo tenevo aperto

Le calme de ce studio protégé des bruits de la rue et sa situation à proximité de nombreux commerces et du métro qui permet un accès aisé à toutes les visites de sites

Le code de la porte de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas . Je n'ai pas été prévenu en amont par le gestionnaire . Cela m'a valu de devoir lui téléphoner afin de savoir comment procéder. Le canapé lit très imposant n'est cependant pas confortable ni en position assise , ni déplié pour le couchage . Le matelas a grand besoin d'être remplacé . Il n'y a pas de voilage sur la fenêtre malgré un vis-à-vis très important . L'intimité mériterait d'être plus préservé. A mon arrivé j'ai constaté en bas de l'armoire la présence d'un gros sac de linge contenant des housses humides qui n'avait pas été emporté avant mon arrivée par le service du ménage.
