It was a large room with a little area off the bedroom with a table and two chairs. But that space had very poor lighting. The place was clean and had free parking on site. The owner was really nice and interested in talking to her guests and offering advice on where to go for food and sights etc. I would give a rating of good+

There was no service so we didn't get any fresh towels which were small and soaked from one use. The shower was very hard to operate (to adjust the water temperature). The breakfast was very basic an interesting experience. We walked into a dark room and had to bring our own scissors to cut open the milk. The buns provided couldn't be heated because the microwave was full of some liquid!
