Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e mezzoretta a piedi da la tour eiffel.
Fornito di supermercato, boulangerie e farmacia. Insomma c'è tutto.

Where to start ? Location unbeatable, cleanliness of apartment not so good
Access to the property was through a courtyard containing the trash bins, the communal staircase and corridors were utterly filthy, cooking smells emanating from other ‘apartments’ whose doors were left wide open, revealing awful bed-sit accommodation, smelly trainers left in the corridors …… on the positive side the location was perfect just off Place Victor Hugo. I was travelling alone so put up with the awful communal areas, had I been with my partner we would not have stayed 5 minutes and moved to a hotel
