Warm and modern brand new apartment

Huge apartment, very modern and very well equipped for everything you need .. Bakery across the road, kebab shop downstairs!! Host was very kind and helpful, above and beyond expectations and responds to questions within minutes!!

From the very first moment we entered, everything felt warm, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is brand new, extremely clean, and very well maintained, clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. The space is bright and spacious, with a smart and comfortable layout that makes it perfect for both short and longer stays. All furniture is modern and in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the living area is cozy yet stylish. The apartment is very quiet, which made resting and relaxing easy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with clean and good-quality appliances, plates, glasses, and cooking essentials. Everything worked perfectly. Hot water was always available, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, which is important for both work and entertainment. The location is another strong advantage. The neighborhood is pleasant and convenient, with easy access to shops, cafes, supermarkets, and public transportation. Getting around was simple, and we always felt comfortable and safe in the area. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The host was friendly, professional, and very responsive, providing clear instructions and being available whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized, which made the entire stay stress-free. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It looks exactly like the photos (if not better in person), offers great comfort, and provides excellent value. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A perfect 10/10 experience!

Honestly, nothing at all. Everything was very well organized, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The apartment met and even exceeded our expectations, so we did not feel that any improvements were necessary.

Very good apartment with good facilities, kitchen has everything you need. Big balcony allowed us to sit and enjoy our evenings after a long day exploring. Air conditioning in every room definitly helps during those hot greek nights. Very good location with really good takeaway kebabs that are just beneath the apartment. Bakery is just across the street so you can get a fresh loaf of bread in the morning. And theres 2 lidl supermarkets within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus stops are close to apartment so getting to Piraeus is easy. The owner has always replied within 10 minutes of messaging and has helped us a lot. Will definilty book again if we come back to Athens.

Because the apartment is located on the main road leading to Piraeus, the sound of cars might be a bit distracting when sitting out on the balcony, I personally didn't mind it but I know that it might be an issue to some. In contrast, the apartment has soundproof isolation so you don't hear the cars from inside of the apartment when balcony doors are closed. Also, the lock for the apartment and entrance door definitly needs to be looked at. Opening the door is very easy and smooth but locking the door is the opposite. I was always scared that I will break the key trying to lock the door.
