[Loreto - Central] Cozy Studio Apartment, Metro 1

Location--good, near the Metro 1. Quiet area. There are grocery and bakery stores nearby. Cleanliness-- very clean. A lot of storage room though we do not need it. Kitchen--well equipped with plates, cups. utensils: forks, spoons, knives. for you to use if you buy cooked food back to the apartment to eat. You just need to heat it up in the Microwave. The host is responsive. I like the reminder notes of locking the door,[inside] turning off the air conditioners.

Kitchen: Though the kitchen equipped with a lot of plates, pots, and utensils, here is no seasons at all [salts, black papers, cook oil ] for you to cook when you want to make some simple meals, such as soup. Shower water-- The hot water can only last for person to use and need to wait more than one hour for it to reheat. After a long day of city exploring, we need to relax and unwind. A hot shower definitely is a must, especially during the winter season. It would be nice to set the hot water tank up to 70-80 degrees so people can enjoy the shower. Check in time: There is no early check in, even we requested 1hour earlier check in. The instruction was sent via email 30 min before the regular check in time: 3pm. which is not convenient for people who are from other countries. The security box [master box]: was placed in a high spot which was a difficult spot for a person like me with 5'5" to see the number. Luckily, my husband is 6' and was able to see the number and open the box to get the key.

Its ok, but not as beautiful as in the picture. The towels were clean, but I think that's must be normal. The mattress was comfortable.

The apartment is not as bright as in the picture. They didn't leave any soap in the bathroom for me.

Quiet multicultural neighbourhood with good connection to the city centre. Nice view from the window overlooking the park.

The place was very expensive for what it offered. First of all, there was a big issue with the amount of hot water and its pressure, an amenity you take for granted for such a high price. Before arrival, we received instructions for entering the room that seemed a bit overwhelming for someone who is in the middle of their trip. Also, the host kept sending us messages with "do's" and "dont's" for the apartment without even bothering to phrase them politely. It really felt like we had more obligations than necessary for a guest in an accommodation. Lastly, there were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 days and a broken shutter for the window which blocked half the light.
