Clean bed with towels provided. Unlimited complimentary drinks at the lobby area. Bathroom is shared. It's nice and relaxing especially the hot tub.

Very close to the station, new facility, well equipped, nice staffs.

nice place looks new & clean. i think need more explanation bou't the facilities from the front staff , not all customers are repeater.

So I never write reviews. But this was odd. And Ive stayed in many budget accommodations in Japan, and Asia in general. The place is beautiful. Mind you, I paid 3500, and until this point had been sticking to 2500 and below. If you just need a bed, and dont want a "run down" or "budget feel" place, and its in your budget, then by all means. But its a litany of contradictions. They say only eat in the common main floor, but there are no facilities. There is no sink, or microwave. I asked for a microwave, and was advised they have installed one on the 2nd (private rooms) floor. I had to take the elevator, where I found an old microwave balanced on a folding table. There were no other kitchen facilities here, not even napkins. I heated my food, then returned to the main area to eat my meal. There were no utensils, or kitchenware, except cups for the drink bar. The baths/showers are beautiful. Clearly lots of money was spent building and renovating the hotel. The tile selection is great, there are quality fixtures in the "prep" shower. But the floor is angled the wrong way, away from the drain, creating a puddle against the door. The only full height fixture is in view of the clear glass door to the hallway, hidden only by an entry curtain. Any time someone enters the locker area from the hallway, you are fully visible to the hall. The yukata/robe is also one size fits all, at 185cm I certainly had to work extra hard not to be indecent as I approached the shower. These didnt bother me, but I understand how it would be a problem for other travellers on either side of the equation. The most absurd part is the time blocks. The shower area access is split by gender, women 730am - 9am, men 9am - 1030am. Checkout is 11. If you are a woman, you must either wake up before 830am, or not shower before your checkout. This seems unnecessarily difficult, especially since the only reason I chose this was the advertised late night check-in. The dorms are not gendered in any way, if that matters to you. I see conflicting advertisements of the availability of female only dorms. There is a curtain in front of one block that I presume is this option, but for anyone seeking female only, this clearly is insufficient. As mentioned. The finishes are very nice throughout, and much has been spent on nice lockers, nice toilets, etc. But the lower bunks use unfinished OSB/particle board for the ceiling, and its rough enough that I was able to get a nasty splinter trying to sit up in my bed when I braced against it. There are mini fridges in the dorms, but also incredibly loud "air freshners" that spritz with a terrible mechanical noise every 120 seconds through the night. I didnt take the (rather expensive) breakfast, but did not hear positive reviews. I instead decided to eat a combini sando and fruit cup, the latter of which I ate with coffee stir sticks, as the hotel did not have spoons available. Its a weird place. Obviously built with pride, but lacking in some common sense choices. Obviously, they dont want you eating outside food there, but the literature they give you repeatedly asks you to eat meals on the ground floor. The baths are beautiful, but at the expense of convenience and I know others were avoiding bathing as a result. I appreciate the effort put in by the staff, but I will not return.
