Wejście na szyfrowaną klamkę, bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie. Mieszkanie czyste i schludne. Dość wygodne łóżka. Balkon zabezpieczony siatką przed ptakami. Okolica cicha i spokojna, blisko do Biedry, Lidla, Dino.
W kuchnii przydałby się ociekacz na talerze i sztućce, ściereczka/ręcznik kuchenny. W łazience ruszają się listwy uszczelniające przy prysznicu jak i sam prysznic. Pod prysznicem brak jakieś półeczki na kosmetyki. Próg umywalki jest na poziomie chyba ponad 1m na podłogą, co dla niższych ludzi robi się niewygodne w użytkowaniu. Wsad do pralki jest od strony ściany. Po południu dość trudno o miejsce parkingowe. O ile na balkonie jest siatka, to na parapecie od strony sypialki nie ma i jest kilka cm guano.

sauber, gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie Küchenausstattung.
Allgemein sehr enge Wohnung, zu kleines Schlafzimmer und ein zu schmales Doppelbett. Mann musste über ein Bett klettern um ins andere Bett zu kommen, da kein Zugang von zwei Seiten. Zu wenig Handtücher, Geschirrtücher fehlten.

Dość dobrze urządzone mieszkanie, dobre do spędzania w nim nocy lub dwóch. Blisko sklep biedronka. Mieszkanie na trzecim piętrze więc nie dochodzi hałas z podwórka
Brak kompletu pościeli (prześcieradeł), nieświeża pościel, brak pełnego wyposażenia kuchni, usterki techniczne w mieszkaniu, nieprzyjemny zapach na klatce. Widać pewne ślady zużycia mieszkania. Proponuję poszukać oferty przez stronę właściciela. Może być taniej i wtedy stosunek ceny do jakości będzie lepszy.
