What a beautiful little gem in the irish countryside. Waking up to the chorus of birds in the morning was my favourite. This had everything you could want when it comes to a place to stay. Great communication from owner. Would defo stay again.

Beautiful house and spotless clean
Rural location wouldn't suit some people as its very remote . Was fine for us as we were working nearby .

Accommodation very clean and tidy and roomy. If the weather had been better we could have sat outside on the lovely new bench.!
It was a little further out of Ballaghadreen than we'd hoped but that's our fault! I was a little disappointed there were no scissors, baking trays for the oven, dishcloth, or kitchen roll. It's not just a 2 minute walk or drive to the shop! The little things matter to me!

No consistent Wi-Fi & was really needed to book our following stays & ferry back to the UK.
With all entertainment & communication reliant on Wi-Fi a consistent signal is of the utmost importance. Having the heating & hot water on a 30 min availability was irritating to say the least. It would have been good to have it run for an hour at a time on the boost button as the programme was locked out. We had no control of the Wi-Fi, the heating or the hot water.
