Perfect location, near the best part of town and very close to station. Very comfortable beds and lovely shower.

Due to the size of the property it was very hot at night-luckily we brought fans but perhaps for future guests this could be added? It’s very close to the pub, but things settled down by 10 so not a problem.

Loved the location, great for exploring North Laine area and everything we wanted to see was within 10-15 minute walk. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great and it was nice to have a secluded outside area. It was a very cosy home from home.

Unfortunately the seagulls kept me awake on the first night and I didn't get much sleep, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't sort out! You have to expect some noise through original windows in an old cottage. Day of departure I was struck down with what we think may be food poisoning, and could have been from the water from the kitchen tap but I can't be sure. However I would recommend drinking bottled water just in case. I couldn't get comfortable on the lounge sofas either.
