⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Noru Hotel! I had an amazing experience at Noru Hotel! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What really made my stay special was the staff — they were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Noru Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

The hotel is located in an excellent area, very close to the bus station. The location itself is quiet and well isolated from nightlife and parties. The staff also deserves genuine praise—everyone was cheerful, friendly, and always willing to help.

I was very disappointed with the accommodation itself, especially considering my expectations and comparisons with other hotels in the same category. The bed was spacious and comfortable, but the room had no wardrobe at all. Clothes could only be placed on the sofa or a chair. There were no shelves whatsoever, which is completely impractical for guests staying more than a night or two. The hairdryer was fixed to the wall with a security cable, as if management was worried it might be stolen. Because the cable was too short, I had to sit on the floor just to dry my hair. This is not something you expect in a hotel of this price range. The windows were locked and covered with protective film, making it impossible to know what time of day it was or what the weather or temperature was like outside. The room felt closed off and uncomfortable. The shower cabin had no glass enclosure, so after every shower the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There were no hooks to hang towels and no shelf to place personal toiletries. The only items provided were a small stool and a bathroom scale that didn’t even work. The Wellness & Spa area is hardly worth mentioning. The water temperature in the only pool (1 meter deep) was absolutely unsuitable for a spa — it felt more like an Olympic training pool. Far too cold to relax. The sauna door did not seal properly, and despite multiple requests, the temperature never exceeded 60°C. Pouring water on the stones was forbidden due to “installation and electronics risks,” which completely defeats the purpose of a sauna. After sitting inside for over 30 minutes, I barely started to sweat. Even though access to the sauna was paid for the entire duration of the stay, one day the Wellness area was closed at 3 PM due to a private event. No refund was offered. It is questionable why private celebrations are organized in an area intended for hotel guests.
