The location, facilities. Host response was excellent. We were able to make dinner for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Would come back in summer if we get a chance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located near Kings Canyon, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the area.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the owner, Regan. On our first night, the fireplace was not working, and the weather conditions were very snowy. Despite this, Regan went far above and beyond—he literally walked all the way up in the snow to the house, brought extra heaters to make sure we stayed warm, and personally fixed the fireplace. His dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for our comfort were outstanding and very much appreciated.
One thing to note for future guests with electric vehicles: the outlet available outside is a standard 110V outlet, not a dedicated EV charger. Charging was possible, but it was very slow and only added a small percentage over a couple of days. This wasn’t an issue for us since we planned accordingly, but it’s good to be aware of in advance.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an amazing host. Regan’s hospitality alone makes this place highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great, with parking right next to the property. Literally right next to the National Park.
