Un logement agréable . Équipement soigné.
Pas de lumière dans le couloir. Cafards présents dans l’immeuble et hall d’entrée, quelques uns dans l’appartement. Égouts qui débordent devant l’immeuble. Trop de vis-à-vis.

Although windows have very good soundproofing and are looking over a small street (perpendicular to the main avenue), the main avenue is very passing and a bit noisy.
