Blizina svega. Do mora ima peske oko 10-15 min. Podzemna tramvajska stanica “ Mercado” odmah pored apartmana. Vodi do najboljih plaza “Albufereta” i do Benidorma. Cim izadjete iz apartmana blizu ste svih desavanja, odmah pocinje centralna zona. Domacin izuzetno ljubazan i spreman da izadje u susret. Sve preporuke.

Всичко беше прекрасно. Чистотата е на изключително високо ниво. Много е удобно за малко дете. Локацията е топ. Прекарахме чудесно време в апартамента. Фран е най- добрият домакин!

Läget, närheten till staden

We have enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Starting from the excellent description and guide on how to get to the apartment to the last day when the owner had absolutely no issue with us checking out later. The location is excellent, couple of metres from the metro, 10 min walk to city centre and the beach area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with towels, toiletries etc. We have found a little gift when arrived, wine, bottles of water and some cookies along with maps of Alicante and some tourist guides. Beds were comfortable and all bedding was provided. Also the heating was working very well which was important as we were there in January. Two bathrooms was also a bonus! The contact with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. I would highly recommend!

All was great, the only thing I would recommend for the owner is to get sharper knives (we have bought and left one ;)) and some more kitchen stuff.
