Dexters Den - Sea views, yards from Beach

Immaculately presented and had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Very close to the town and harbour.

The location was brilliant , there was a lovely welcome pack for us and our dog Reggie. They had thought of everything. It felt like our own home, which is what you want when you are away. Lots to do in the area. Will certainly book again.

We liked everything. Beautiful cottage, so well stocked and with good quality goods (such as SMEG). There was a log fire, but we only used it once, as the cottage was so lovely and warm. Beds were super comfortable with lovely linen. Bathrooms were lovely, with lots of room (great to have a bath too on cold days - we were there in November). Location fantastic. Great little pods close by selling things from earrings to pies!! Near to places such as Alwick and the Druridge Country Park is well worth a visit. We need to visit again, as we did not get to see everything. Welcome pack a lovely touch. Host was great - always in touch and checked that all was ok during our stay.

There was nothing that we did not like, but would have loved a mirror nearer to the plug sockets in bedrooms and a mirror in the downstairs hallway.
